A: It is a diagnostic code for what the remote starter is doing. If the remote starter does not activate when attempting to remote start the vehicle, count the number of times the park lights flash and refer to the following table:

What is Service / Valet mode?
A:It is a safety service mode that disables the remote start portion of your TITAN remote starter. You will not be able to remote start your vehicle while in Service / Valet mode, which is high recommended by TITAN when keeping your vehicle parked in enclosed areas or when taking it in for vehicle work.
How do I get my TITAN remote starter into and out of Service / Valet mode?
A:To enter Service / Valet mode, turn the ignition key to on, press and hold the button on the TITAN antenna for 5 seconds or until the horn/siren (optional) honks 5 times. To exit Service / Valet repeat the above steps until the horn/siren (optional) honks 2 times.
How do I reset the clock on my 2 WAY LCD remote?
A:Press and hold buttons 3 and 4 together for 2 seconds, press button 5, use buttons 1 and 2 to increase or decrease “hours”. Press button 5, repeat for “minute adjustments". Press and hold buttons 3 and 4 together for 2 seconds to exit programming.

A:Depending on the conditions and area you are in the quoted range can be achieved. Radio antennas, buildings, concrete, overhead power lines all affect the range of transmission. The models with in the TITAN line have various ranges as well, to maximum range sticker with the Two-Way FM LED or LCD models.

A:The lights will flash once the lock button is pressed from the TITAN remote. This acts as a visual theft deterrent and also is visual confirmation that the vehicle is locked.

A:Not at a certain temperature, however you can set it to start at set time intervals. Follow these steps. Press and release the car finder (#) button then press and hold the start (*) button until the park lights on the vehicle turn on. Within 5 seconds select your start interval with the lock as every hour, unlock for every 2 hours, and start for every 3 hours. NOTE: starting the vehicle by key or remote will cancel timer mode. Timer start will be set for 24 hours.

A:IDLE mode is a convenience feature where you can keep your vehicle running without the key in the ignition. To accomplish this simply, before you shut the key off press and release the start (*) button then remove the key. The engine will continue to run for the programmed run time. This is great if you just want to run into the store.

A:Yes you can, simply when you go to arm the alarm simply press buttons 1 & 3 together. The system will chirp once to arm and bypass the shock sensor temporarily.the programmed run time which can be either 4, 15, or 45 Minutes.
